Growing demand and rising costs?

Time for an Alpine mom and longtime teacher.

As members of Lower Valley Energy, affordable, reliable energy is essential to the strength and future of our community - and to the bills our family's two businesses pay here.

A 30 year educator, I'm running for the District 2 board seat to help ensure our electric cooperative protects the outdoor quality of life that's fundamental to our Western Wyoming economy.

Lower Valley Energy faces growing demand and rising costs. Meeting these challenges will require steady leadership, strong financial oversight, and a focus on affordability and reliability.

I'd be honored to earn your vote to bring community-centered leadership and a teacher's work ethic to our LVE board.

What LVE means to our family

Our family on a ride on Wyoming public lands!

As a wife, mother of two, and longtime resident of Alpine, I care deeply about the long-term well‐being of this community. Raising my family here has inspired me to step forward — I want to help ensure future generations can continue to live and thrive in this valley. Like all residents, we rely on dependable, affordable energy to support our way of life.

Some of our best family moments have been spent outdoors — snowmobiling and skiing in the winter, mountain biking and boating in the summer. Those experiences have shaped my belief that we have a responsibility to be good stewards of the environment so future generations can enjoy the same opportunities we do today.

My family’s involvement in our two local businesses has also given me insight into how energy costs impact small businesses and our ability to stay here.

Values for the Long Run

Professionally, I bring nearly 30 years in public education, focused on leadership, program development, and continuous improvement. My work has involved evaluating complex information, guiding teams, and making thoughtful, data‐informed decisions.

I have also served on several community boards for over 10 years, including as president of my Property Owners Association. Through these roles I have gained experience overseeing budgets, working with stakeholders, and ensuring projects are completed responsibly.
